Aui Koonnatee provided exceptional service with my visa process in Thailand. She made everything smooth and stress-free, handling all the details with expertise. It was a huge relief to have someone who speaks Thai dealing with Thai Immigration. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend K. Aui enough. She is a kind, patient, and well versed professional visa broker. She went above and beyond all of my expectations and showed great flexibility in various circumstances that necessitated changes to the dates of submitting my paperwork. She prepared my forms and did a lot of groundwork to ensure success, such as personally quing before 6.00 am. to get an early appointment. As well as booking online. She immediately created a very respectful rapport with the immigration officers in Bangkok. Whom shed never previously met. Her area of expertise is the Eastern Seaboard, but she was willing to travel twice to Bangkok to provide services for me. Her prices are incredibly fair. I feel very fortunate to have met her and to have availed myself of her assistance. I have lived in Thailand for 31 years over a close to 40-year span. I have always done my own visa work, but after the Covid lockout, I had to restart from scratch. I engaged a well-known legal firm last year, and they were very good, but K. Auy outshone them this year by her attention to detail, willingness to call banks, immigration officers, and other officials to get the most current answers we needed. Plus, she answered all my calls and messages quickly. I joked that I was paying her to worry as she helped remove mine. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending her. I hope all her clients will value what a gem she truly is.

Miss K Aui assisted me to get my Non O visa. The process was smooth sailing all the way. She guided me with exactly what was required and prepared all the documents for me to sign. She did all the running around and completely took all the stress away. She additionally introduced me to local accident insurance just in case, she was very professional showing all the different options and was not one of those overbearing sales people trying to push me to sign up. I could not recommend K Aui enough for either Visa assistance or Insurance.
